Eligibility
All title holders must:
live, work, or attend school in the state of Virginia
be born Female
compete in the state pageant in November 2025 and the national pageant in August 2026

Talented Teen USA
(Age 15-18)
A confident and poised teen who is willing to share her unique abilities and beauty with the world! Whether it's your first time in a pageant, or you have past experience, all of the next Miss Virginia Talented Teen title holders should be great representations of their cities and ready to represent the state at nationals.
Miss Black
Virginia USA
(Age 19-27)
A leader and guided Queen! A woman who knows what she wants and carries herself in representation of it. All title holders representing their cities should know who they are and be excited to present it to the state!

(Age 28-45)
A confident and poised teen who is willing to share her unique abilities and beauty with the world! Whether it's your first time in a pageant, or you have past experience, all of the next Miss Virginia Talented Teen title holders should be great representations of their cities and ready to represent the state at nationals.
